Will there be any real chance that I will need to relocate the spare tire to another location? I want to have a good time, but I need to drive this home as well, so you can get an idea on how hard I'll be pushing it.

Why would you need to move the spare? I don't see any reason spare location would be a concern a Prairie City. Drive it as hard as you like.
