No crank no start black dash

I have a 13 raptor that has electrical issues
Truck will start and after a few starts during first hour it goes black screen no crank no start
Let truck sit a few days it starts then does same black screen no start again
Have new battery , all fuses are good , fuse fuel pump relocated , if I disconnect the electrical connector at footwell drivers side I get screen ba k but no miles are showing just dashes and doesn’t start , heater blows continuously

Any ideas?

Needs to be diagnosed. It sounds like at least one network is down; the dashes in the IPC indicate a loss of communication to the PCM.
