This became available about a week ago. Wouldn’t this have tons of lag? The turbo is placed at the flange for the catback and runs the piping along the frame. Why not just put it in the engine bay?

What’s wrong with just doing what all the 5.0 guys do and just put it next to the battery or on the other side of the engine? Why was the logical thing to do to put the turbo in prime positioning for a compressor wheel lobotomy coupled with an engine to turbo oil line delete.
