New shoes pending. Need opinions

So I found out the hard way my stock tires suck for the terrain around here


The setup I'm thinking of going with is
18" moto metal MO961
35" toyo mt open country

I was quoted 3350 plus tax. That includes install and balance.

So what do you all think?

Im stuck on the rims but dont know much about tires so im open to recommendations. And hows the price?

Hum...maybe an E-lock on the front axle is in order as well.
