What up everyone.

I feel like I haven't been on here for ever. But don't worry, we have been working on some really cool stuff. One of the major issues with the Raptor as people are starting to find out is the power steering reservoir.

The big issues with the OE reservoir are two fold.

1st
The return line to the power steering pump is located on the top feed line and its located on the same side.

2.
There is no baffling inside to reduce upward fluid motion.

Basically whats going on is the feed line is forcing the fluid into the reservoir and its reflecting off of the back side of the reservoir instead of pushing the fluid into the return line. This is causing a large amount of turbulence and is causing aeration in the reservoir and lines.

We have been testing this since Texas and are very close to releasing it.

Pricing will be released very soon.

Fire away with questions.

Now this is a no nonsense Mod!
I just would like to see screw connections with o-rings instead of ugly welds.

I also assume that there is a separation between the return and supply … ?

We are still trying to figure out what color to anodize the reservoir, but all in all the results have been great. Really looks good in the engine bay and stops stops the dam fluid from aerating.
