im trying to talk a guy I know who runs a sand type off road park into opening up the park for a couple raptors on a friday and having the dozer handy for tows. I think the best place for people in western LA is gonna be that off road park in huntsville, TX. The HARO group goes there. Looks badass on their webpage.
