I've seen Outlaw cut the honeycomb, and replace with mesh... But it was a custom job at customers request.

do you happen to have or know of any pics of this? im planning on doing something like luxury performances raptor with the 10-12 duallys underneath the "ford" section of the grill

I've got the 40" VisionX on an SDHQ front bumper and love the thing. It has taken some beating to, like mud and water, lots of high speed dirt/dust. I heard they get water in them kinda easy, but this has not been my experience, and it's as bright as the SUN!

Yes for behind the grille the 40" VisionX is definitely the brightest!!

I think the 30" is the longest you can mount without it looking really strange
