Does this box allow the bottom of the seat to be fully down or does it change the angle of the back seat any?

The box does not change the seat angle any. However, it does leave a good impression of the latch (underneath the seat ) on the box carpet. Which means when people sit in the back its pressing down rather hard on the box.

Just to give y'all an idea on how you can also mount the bass control knob.. this is how I mounted it in my Camaro. Nice and clean!
