that is a really hard way to learn not to launch your raptor off of a "jump" that is shorter than the wheelbase of the truck. yikes.
I have to believe that a frame cut bumper and some extra dampening capability would have prevented most of the damage.
I think 10-15 is probably accurate. a set of ADD stock width uppers and lowers and the addition of a secondary bypass would most likely get er done.
The framecut bumper and intercooler relo would have made the lawn dart less painfull.
but at the end of the day, the most important thing is understanding what the truck will do in different terrain and understanding the physics of jumping a 6K lb truck. ( i.e. take off ramp needs to be 1-2ft longer than the truck for a smooth takeoff.
Having more weight at the rear of the truck would have also made it hurt a little less.
