First off i have to say my shock rebuilds from forged off road have been amazing. My issue is not with the products themselves.
My issue is with the company. I did the shock swap deal for my 2018. Paid for them in jan... they told me they were slammed and it would take some time to get a set built and shipped. All well and fine there. Be honest they worked with me very well as far as shipping those where i needed them... now the bad...
I shipped my original shocks back to them and they were delivered on march 23rd ( within the 30 day window they request).... i have since emailed them and tryed calling. Absolutely nothing in return.... i truly do hate airing out dirty laundry like this but im at a lose here. Anybody else have any issues as far getting your refund on the cores or even getting ahold of them???
