You could replace them with a typical machine screw and new clip. Take the old one to the auto parts store. They should be able to find you a replacement.

The dealer had to order new bolts and clips for mine, they didn't have them in stock.I noticed on my first oil change one of my bolts was completely stripped. Weird part not stripped on the threads that actually grip the nut. It appeared the factory did not line up everything correctly and this bolt ran against the skid plate and actually made the plate hole oblong. Anyhow I fixed the alignment and will try and get a new bolt at the dealer even though the current one still holds.
