Good mechanic in College Station, TX?

My son is away at school and the lead frame in the 2010 transmission is going out. Anyone you trust to tackle the job? Or just take it to the dealership?

Man sucks to hear. I'm in college station and I don't know. I'll ask around and see if anyone knows.
