Gen2 backup sensor malfunction

my 18 gen2with 802a has 1700 miles on it. Yesterday I put it in reverse to back up and the sensor on passenger bumper corner shows red on display and beeps steadily. There isn’t any mud or ice on the sensor. Anyone have this problem?

I haven’t seen or heard of this one.

I had the same thing happen on my driver side bumper corner. Seemed to only happen when it was wet outside. I reached up from underneath the bumper and jiggled the wiring harness where it connects into the sensor. I haven’t had any issues with it since.
