Fuse 27 causing hard starting in the morning?

Weeeeeeeeeell.... What was it??

It was the fuel pump driver module!! It runs amazing now!!! No more surging, no more hard starting and holy moly it’s even faster now!

Don't these trucks still use a Fuel Pump Driver Module? Sounds just like one going bad. Pretty cheap and easy fix. Normally located above the spare tire.

Check your under hood switch.

What year is your raptor that you replaced the FPDM? I have some of the same issues with hard starting but have a 13’. I tried researching the part but nothing came up except a relay

Yes it’s the fuel pump relay. Part#

I think I have the same symptoms
My Fuse 27 relocate was completed

However I've taken notice that on the 1st start of the day. My truck takes a little longer to start. Extended cranking before it actually fires up.

This ONLY happens on the 1st cold start.

New battery, fuse 27 relocate has been completed. Always running 91 octane.
70k miles on the odometer
