Hello Forum. Im looking for some advice. I was changing out my rotors and pads the other day on my 2012 Raptor and I came across this. Is this amount of play normal. The axle isn't moving, just the hub. Should there be none? I put up a youtube video to show the movement that I'm questioning. Thanks

I don't think so, hopefully others will verify, but with the engine off the IWE should be engaged and the hub should move with the axle half shaft (there will be slack between the half shaft and front diff from gear lash I believe, but not between hub and half shaft). So IWE is shot, you can replace it or eliminate it (RCV). Does 4wd make horrific noises from that side when engaged?
