I checked the search and googled but nothing comes up.

Has anyone figured out front bumps on gen 3's? I saw there was a kit for gen 1's with a metal strap kit going around the lower arm...
Anyone R&D'd this yet?

Nada? I’m kind of surprised no one is expressing interest in this.
I know there will be some people that will say rebuild the shock a bump isn’t needed but I’d argue that all day! These trucks are heavy and a hydro bump would do wonders for them, I think.
Maybe I should just post this in the general thread instead of in here…

This is for gen 1’s - g3 arms aren’t flat like that anymore but could it be done?

I completely agree that the front could use bumps. Maybe could use them more than the rear since more weight up front and less travel. That style on the gen 1 is sketchy to me because the LCA wasn’t designed to have a large load applied there. Camburg’s slapper kit looks pretty good to me, but I hate FK uniballs on anything I daily and it requires different wheels, which I don’t really feel like buying right now.

Most run a bypass shock next to their coilovers and tyne the bypass accordingly.

As said, Camburg has a slapper bump stop but have heard mixed reviews.

You could always build out a hoop setup off the frame for the UCA to hit. Much like trophy trucks do.

Thanks , yeah I know all about that and the burg Slapper - they require a fabricated lower though I’m not looking to replace a lower unless the stockers break. A bypass would be the best but again, need a fabbed lower.
Might have to get with @WickedCreations and see if we can develop something!
