Ford Installed Infrared Security?

Within the Ford builder, under accessories, there is an option for "Bi-Directional Remote Start System with Keyless Entry and Vehicle Security." The details says it includes an infrared sensor to detect interior vehicle theft.

I'm more interested in the infrared sensor than I am the bi-directional remote start, but I can't find any info about it outside of the Ford website. Anyone know anything about this or if it's worth it?

I haven't heard about it on a Raptor. But I was at a Porsche dealership a few years ago and they had a Carrera GT on the floor that had an infrared sensor under the rearview mirror and if you leaned too far into the interior the alarm would go off. So, they work. But this is the first I've heard of it from Ford.
