Installing Eibach 1” front spring tomorrow. Have the option to purchase rear springs also if wanted but am on the fence. Long term I want to get 37s under my Gen 3 2023 35. I am trying to confirm i can fit 37s going this direction with minor trimming if necessary. This is a daily driver with little load ever put on it, every so often maybe a boat or trailer traveling less than 50 miles from current location. Anyone got any pics of this already?

You do not need any type of lift to put 37’s on a 35 so long as you use the factory offset wheels I can tell you from personal experience.
Possibly other offset wheels will work also, there are hundreds of posts on this forum on the subject.
I will likely lift mine in a manner yet to be determined as I think it would look better. I have 37 Nitto’s, which are closer to a true 37 than the BFG AT’s. I have not gotten any “ air” with the truck but can assure you there is no rubbing whatsoever for normal day to day usage, even turning the wheel sharply crossing a dip.
