Doors Weather Stripping installation

Installing a dash cam with a rear cabin camera. Want a clean install so I was thinking to guide the wire through the B pillar. To do so I need to remove weather stripping on the doors. How is the weather stripping attached? Glued, push pins or just pushed in?
