I am still waiting, and did lots online research, no answer. This problem appears every time after heavy rain. Couldn't found the reason. because of this pandemic, I don't have chance drop by the dealership so far. Is there anyone here has an answer ?
thanks

That's not normal. Why can't you just take it in to the dealer?
Two kids stay home for online class and have to meet their little friends on weekend.
Thanks for your reply. Will try to make it.

Could be coming from the top of the door around the seal. Look for damage/distorted weather stripping. Clean the seals and mating surface on door.

Door might need adjustment but will need a trip to dealer.

thanks everyone posting replies here.
after a whole day heavy rain again, I went out to check my truck. No luck, all doors Leaking again.
Luckily, I found the water seems coming out from below the plastic door panel. not much, but enough to spread everywhere if the rain keep longer.
Found another problem. The passenger door lock did not respond when touching the handle. I think the water make it fail.
No choice, have to make a trip to the dealer. :(

finally, got a chance dropping by parkway ford, and showed my pictures and video about the leaking. however, service advisor, Bradley, said it's normal for the water getting into the inner rubber seal for some reason. Anyway, as long as the water does not wet the carpets, i can live with it.
For the passenger door lock problem, they could not do anything since they could not locate the issue. Of course, they could not find it, because the is no water gets in there. Totally doubt how they simulate the heavy rain situation. Maybe they did nothing and just kick it back to me.
one of the two foams on the back of the cab pilled off half year ago. and they placed order, will replace it when it's delivered later.
if somebody has the leaking problem, don't wait and just go when it's still wet and dripping. hopefully, your dealer will take care of it.
good luck.
