Cobb makes a bracket for this intake scoop, to keep it from collapsing under load. I bought it from Cobb on my 2022, but hated how annoying it was to put on so on my 2023 I just got I came up with an easy fix for this issue. I simple used some tapcon screws made for metal, and made sure there was nothing under the metal frame that lies beneath the scoop and screwed them right in with a drill gun. Drive around and have the exact same results as the Cobb, also Cobb’s bracket does not go all the way to the far right corner which also is a weak point and the free mod does.
