Our shale cliffs here like to dump their load the same way, many of them are along roads. A few years ago, they spent a whole summer using a Sikorsky and rock climbers to rig up an ultra heavy-duty chain link cover on the riverside cliffs near here to keep people from getting killed when a chunk pops off.
