After engine start, steering wheel vibrates when moving into position?

Started noticing this intermittently over the past couple of months. There was a recall on the airbag (I think) a while back and I'm wondering if the tech working on it made some adjustment to the steering column that resulted in this. It doesn't happen all the time but I'd say 50-60% of the time once I start the truck and seat memory/steering wheel move into place. It's just a slight vibration as if it is rubbing on something but hard to tell. Dealer is evaluating. Justing wondering if anyone else has this symptom going on?

I had this in my 15.. Dealer ended up replacing the entire steering column under warranty
