A little help please

Today after I got home from work I noticed this on the ground. Seems to be coolant, took a couple of pix.

It's red fluid and it seems to be funneling down from the black plastic part hanging down above the skid plate.

Any ideas? Any help/tips to fix would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

I'd definitely say coolant... too light colored to be power steering or transmission fluid.

Any chance you have a Volant/Corsa intake?
