I’m not trying to put anyone down or their products.

In my opinion this will sound terrible. You’re amplifying a lousy processed signal with a cheap underpowered amplifier.

I wouldn’t bother.

So for the 800a/801a I found this inexpensive site that does plug and play amp kits

they have several kits for Radio upgrade as we as remote start for those that are interested.
( I am not affiliated) but I am purchasing the amp kit for my 18 (801a)

would this be equivalent to just using high level inputs? Wondering if there is a plug and play harness to run RCA's to an aftermarket amp, instead of slicing?
