Found a fix. Traded it in on another Denali Duramax. Raptor was a fun truck to drive but the quality just wasn't what I expected. I will say it held its value very well and since I bought the Raptor at invoice the loss was very minimal.

The Ford assembly plants do spit them out like widgets. I wish Ford would spend some more time on quality control at the end of the assembly line. I looked at a new Raptor Scab the other week at a dealership. The alignment of the front drivers door to the rear half door was terrible. You could easily see where the body lines didn’t line up. This one clearly should have been flagged at the QA area and repaired. Remember Ford, quality is job #1
