Ford Performance Offers Back Seat Kit for Mustang Shelby GT350R ford says they will listen to its customers feedback in this feature. I guess we need to keep crying no V8 and maybe they'll listen lol

no way that it's to late; the raptor are not even in production yet!!! plus with gas prices falling they may just go for it with the 6.2 I for one would go for it! I'm more into longevity then having the newest techno stuff. The motors are still being made so thats not an issue plus EPA testing is don't on these so they can skip that portion.

They are still making and selling 6.2's branded as "Raptor" engines. My money is on them announcing the 6.2 as an option. I heard a rumor from a guy that was with Ford back when the blue EcoTurd was running around Baja. He told me that the EcoTurd was their go to but they were going to keep the V8 around. Only makes sense now that the 6.2 is getting so popular in boata

If you were a betting man, would you think they'd have an option sometime in the 2017 model year or 2018?
