For offroading a stock width Gen 2 raptor (i.e. 13" front suspension travel), what is the best ratio of compression to droop travel on the front, and why?

I have installed Fox Factory Series 3.0s, and with 3/4" of preload (about 1.5" lift), the truck is clunking on extension on potholes and over small jumps, like 3-4" rocks on the road as well as speed bumps on the road. I think this is likely because there is only now about 4.5" of down travel, and about 8.5" of up travel.

I am thinking it would be best to bring it back down to 7" up and 6" down travel.

Can anyone weigh in on this? it is a very time intensive and costly process to play with these settings, so the more info, the better.

I presume this will also be helpful for those considering Geisers and Eibachs.

Thanks in advance

High speed running you want more uptravel than downteavel so you aren’t bottoming out and causing the truck to jerk up everytime making it uncontrollable
