Who actually likes their aftermarket exhaust?

have the corsa catback system on mine, its growing on me still...sometimes it sounds great, other times I find myself babying the throttle to keep it quiet

reality is unless someone can figure out how to make this thing sound like the GT or a GTR (wishful thinking without heavy engine modification lol), its never gonna please everyone...probably wouldnt even still

Wow that’s too bad Doberer! I am however happy to have that information! I was considering that exact system after having seen a few of the youtube posts. It’s looking more and more like I may need to stick with the Ford Performance by Borla package. Not sure which...touring or sport though. Anyone have this setup or heard it in person??

WAY too raspy, reminds me of Tijuana

When I was younger I changed out all my exhaust systems to be louder/deeper.

The older I get, the more I like the stock system. Makes it easier to sneak up on things that need sneakin up on.

I put in the Ford Performance by Borla, no drone, no raspy tone.. It's just a bit louder than stock, but I didn't like it.. I guess I'm gettin old.

Hahaha sounds like me . Put in my Ford Performance for $2K in mid of Sat, took it off the mid of Sun next day. I like it a bit more quiet . I wish these Raptor can be loud like my old F430.. it had a different type of loudness.. good sounds and tone and still quiet in the carbin and loud when you need it to

Yes, I did that.. and now I did that too

FWIW, I’ll say it again. I’ve put on exhaust systems on basically every vehicle I’ve ever owned and I have no interest in putting one on my ‘19 Raptor. The sound isn’t great stock and it’s loud enough already.

Yesterday installed borla s type with borla resonator and just enough increase in noise over stock. Has more tone and growl when accelerating outside the truck and sounds really nice in cab with no drone. Was quieter than I was expecting but love the sound!

Ok so...bRa... so is the S type “slap your momma” and “wake your neighbor” loud??? I want that deeper growl but not the annoying noise. I can’t settle on any one exhaust right now but I did originally like the deep soumd from the borla.
