Does anyone know if you can display the door key pad code on the dash screen? I know you can do it on the later models by turning the ignition on using both keys, one after the other. I tried that in my 2011 but it didn’t work. The dealer replaced a control module and reset the code to something different but didn’t tell me. Just wondering if there’s a way to find it without going back to the dealer.

They don’t keep it on file. Probably need to reprogram it and get a new one. PITA

Try looking on the BCM module. Passenger side kick panel where the fuses are. Should be a sticker with the code.

They changed the original code so it doesn’t work anymore.

  • The first thing to get Keyless Entry Door Factory Code you need to locate the Smart Junction Box (SJB).
  • On the 2010-2018 Ford F-150, the Smart Junction Box (SJB) is located under the right-hand side of the instrument panel. You will need to remove the trim panel for access to the SJB box, pull the panel toward you and swing it out away from the side and remove it.
  • It will show the code see attached picture

It should have defaulted to the original code on the SJB. You can go to a shop that has a good scanner and pull the current code too.

I believe there is a YouTube video that shows how to use both key fobs with a push button sequence and it will show the code in the display.
