I have been reading as much as I could on the forums to figure this out but cant find an exact answer. I have a Gen 2 and want to run 37's. I have Geiser springs on order and deaver +3 in rear. I dont want to cut the fenders so I just ordered the advanced fiberglass concepts 2" to replace them. Im set on Fuel Zephyr D633 wheels with Nitto Ridge Grapplers and want the wheel to be as flush as possible but also have the possibility to suspension upgrade with either RPG Bolt or Rouge racing mid/long travel. The two offsets the D633 come in are 1mm and -12mm and are 17x9's. Which would be the better of the two for what im looking for?

Presumably if I got matching bedsides I would get -12 all around?

Yeah then -12 all around. However if you do go mid/long travel the front wheels will be past the fender after you widen the front end with the new suspension components.
