So I'm at about 1000 Miles of trying to get my truck inspected with SW headers and exhaust and 5 star tune. I ended up having to get a 02 sensor replaced. This has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. Lesson learned getting headers and exhaust and a tune. Never again. Truck is still not...
I assume they are plugged in correctly. I checked the lines for cracks or anything wrong and couldn't find anything. I don't know enough about 02 sensors to see if they are in the right spots.
My truck is hard rough idling at high rpms then low then high when I start the truck in STOCK form. When I put the truck back in 93 performance tune (disabling the 02 sensors) it starts perfectly. This leads me to believe there is a problem with an 02 sensor as well when it is in stock form...
One was a P0060

When it comes back on again I will read it again to see if there is more.
Yes I tried doing drive cycles. Even in stop and go traffic and doing 60-65 for 70 miles. Reguardless of drive cycles, its throwing a CEL. CEL for emissions means not getting inspected. That's my problem.

But...
Last night it threw a p0060 but it was throwing others before. When I clear the DTC on the tuner the CEL goes away. Does that reset the whole process of resetting the sensors?
My main problem right now is I have the truck in stock mode with no tune trying to reset the sensors but I keep getting a CEL which means I can't pass and they won't reset. I even tried disconnecting the battery. Been dealing with this for a while and my truck is expired.
You don't need to give them any direction. Tell them you simply want an alignment and this camber and caster kit put on with it. If they don't know how to put it on they shouldn't be a shop, period. Make sure you get a spec sheet of the alignment of course also.

Put on a camber and caster kit so it will help them with the alignment. If they are not retarded they should know how to do it from there. Just ask for a simple alignment.
People show up like this on the map. You can see my buddy in Colorado in this picture. You can zoom in to the exact road he is on and it updates every 30 seconds.
This goes for everyone on the same channel. Very useful with meets or off-road events, etc.
