The speed limit is set by the insurance company. If you do not obey it, you're asked to exit the track. I had to do this to one of the 2 customers I had. He damaged the truck for approaching a jump to fast and letting off the gas at the top of the jump causing the front end to smack the ground. Tore out the right front wheel well plastics. Had to drive the truck myself the rest of the day and give rides, it really sucked ;) NOT!!!

Never thought there would be a low speed limit like that. I figured at least 50. I guess its necessary. I will still be going though ;)
