My raptor is 10 days old and has 500 miles on it now. I am leaving for TRR on April 6th because I have some work in Houston first. I will probably drive it another 200-250 miles before I leave. Trip to Houston is 650 miles. Then I am going to TMX on Wed, 300 miles then out to TRR, 260 miles. Miles for TRR and back home at another 600+. Figure by the time I get back, it will be over 3000.

Should I get an oil change at 750 miles before I leave or just wait until I get back? Wasn't sure if having the factory oil during TRR would be a good thing or not.

You don't want to change out brake in oil to soon. I don't think they use heavier oil now days. I did the 1500 change myself.

Nope mine worked like a charm... after this jump we did like 10 more short laps and then I drove it home to Dallas..

Motomute bent his spindles / knuckles which ended his time...nothing to do with RPGs stuff but the spindle/knuckle is the last weak link...

that's right it was Motomute. just heard my cool new spindles will not be ready until after TRR. bummed, but I'd rather have them right than fast.

Yeah me too.. I am going to try some reinforced ones. Has to be better than OEM..

Hopefully Corey and RPG have their own option soon....

Well eff me. I broke a couple of the grey retaining clips taking the flares off. Called dealer and the ******** parts guy says I have to buy a new flare.
