The price can really vary. I have had my wrap for 16 months now, it makes cleaning the truck easier in that no more waxing etc. Be careful with power washing can peel it. I have used the drive through as well without problems, I just drive away before the heated air dryer comes on.

You will have peeling, bubbling initially after the wrap is installed, esp with temperature changes. Worst place is the side view mirrors. The installer should take care of that free of charge during the warranty. I have had no issues with fading on the wrap. Worth every penny.

How often u off road? Has it held up with rocks good

I'd actually like to know how well they're holding up to the desert pin-striping.

The main reason I'm getting it is to protect my paint. I'm sure it's going to get LOTS of pin strips but whatever the wrap takes is something that the paint would haven taken directly. I'm planning on hammering through some big bushes when I get it...just to test it put for all of you :peace:

Mine definitely has some pin-striping from some of the narrow trails up here. But, like you said, the paint will be perfect whenever I decide to tear this stuff off.

Exactly what I want. Already have little chips in my paint from the dirt which bugs the fu@# out of me. Wrapping it saves it. Got a quote in San Diego and he way over charged and haven't bothered again yet. Excited to see yours and how it holds up

so, what exactly is a wrap?

Same concept as the clear bra that people do on the hood but the whole car in all sorts of different colors. Much cheaper than re painting and you have the ability to go back to stock.
