have you thought about making you dad buy a new one? it was his side that broke right?

I know I wouldn't ask my dad to buy a new one if it was me. Though I wouldn't say no if he offered either. I figure I probably broke enough of his stuff when I was little anyway lol

Ditto to not asking to pay up.....nor would I let him pay if he offered. It would be enough just working on my truck with someone I care about.

I'd pay more than the cost of an UCA and loss of use of my truck to be able to work on it with my dad.

And I know I cost him a hell of a lot more than that between stuff I broke and sacrifices he had to make.

Truth! I helped my dad work on his cars when I was up there last, we weren't modding anything, just getting them running right and the memory I got from that isn't something I'll soon forget.

Reason I said I wouldn't say no if he offered was because I was raised that if you broke it, you paid for it, so there's no way I'd get him to not buy it!

I have a bullet hole in my enclosed trailer, another bullet creased the side of my enclosed trailer and just recently another bullet ricoched and broke a window on my 5 th wheel trailer. Am I pissed on the inside, hell yea. BUT when he is gone and 6 ft under I will ALWAYS be reminded of him while I have that trailer, That is priceless

I'd never ask him to pay for it, the old man has helped me through the thick and thin. He felt bad enough as is, we got it back together. I'll probably have a box from rpg under the Christmas tree though. All I can say I'm glad he's still around so we can work on cars and go fishing

Yeah it never comes through quite right in type format. I like to just put [/sarcasm] at the end when I'm being sarcastic. Makes it easier at any rate.

When i needed some.stock parts and sent.pm s to.all of our vendors here on the forum i got.jack.shit. Called outlaw and they straight up said no. And all.i.wanted was some cv shafts.
The only.ones i.never called was rpg because i found a recycled oem website and they sent me a cv shaft used for.80 bucks.
Im never dealing with outlaw last time.i ordered from them i.told them Im in Canada so can you ship the hood mounts usps there like yes sure no problem just give me credit card number...3 weeks later i get ups knocking asking 108 dollars in taxes and brokerage... The fkn mounts were 69. Bunch of.tools

I'm not seeing how the UPS charges to Canada are Outlaw's fault? In their defense not many guys have removed CV shafts so I wouldn't expect them to be laying around like UCA's, bumpers and stock leafs.
