Agreed. At least on the white trucks, I couldn't stand the painted. Some other colors I've thought it was fine, but on white the black mirror caps look much better.

When I was purchasing my truck, it was having a mirror replaced and it hadn’t arrived yet. Had them swap both mirrors from a black one. I think it looks better that way. I also have a picture of it with one of each.

Installed the radio for the run. Waiting on a part from Amazon. I’ll put my XL80 a-pillar lights on, on Monday.
Interesting mount solution. Home-made or commercial product (from whom)? Do you get any vibration from that right hand corner just touching the top of the dash? How did you route wiring back to the base unit?

Knocked out the rear passenger door. Interior sound deadening, blocking plate, exterior sound deadening and new 6.5 mid ranger speaker. One door left to do….View attachment 335304

Thats clean AF dude, when I lay sound mat it looks like Jason Voorhees cut the pattern. In my defense Ive only used 18x18 tiles and not a roll which is what I believe you used.

Be sure to follow up with your opinion on the sound deadening, didnt think my 19 needed any extra. You gonna lay mat anywhere besides the doors???

What's up Jay, thanks. Sound Skinz make it to fit your truck so it looks really clean. The interior of the door does not look this clean which is cut pieces to fit here and there which gave me about 80% coverage. It's over done if anything but I am running some good power to the system so vibration is the enemy. When I did my 2018 XLT I had knocked out my driver's side front and back. I didn't get around to doing the other side before I traded her in on this Raptor. When I was driving I kept hearing noise coming from the passenger side. It was road noise that was more distinct because it was silenced on the driver's side. So taking that into account, it is absolutely noticeable. I have one more door to do today and this will be done. Now I have to get my DSP installed and the system tuned and I'll be done other than cleaning wiring up. At some point I do intend on doing the backwall and flooring.

LVJ Motorsports sells the bracket for that. Haven’t driven with it yet. It’s only double sided taped in place, so I may move it up a little. Haven’t decided. I find that things that hang in the air tend to vibrate more than if they are touching the dash.

Also I ran all the wires down the channel under the sill plates to the rear. Have young kids with car seats, so that pocket under there is a pain in the *** to get to normally, so I don’t use it for anything. May move it when I have more time, but this is all quick prep for Snoball. First time in 4 years I’ve had to prep at the last minute.
