Pass on electric BS...good for woke latte drinkers that need head room for their man buns.

So true, I however felt the same when they came out with the eco boost. I like my coyote powered long travel f150 better than my 2020 Raptor, but it got old and I had to get the new one. I now have a 2021 with 37" on order and will need to live with the rice rocket sounding horror that is produces with annoying turbo lag. But still a bad *** truck. Now we just need to make sure the neo fascist liberal america hating terrorists dont destroy our economy and send gas prices to $6 or $7 per gallon. I may need to get a custom prerunner bumper in case there is an Antifa uprising....ooops, that wasn't brake.

There’s very little turbo lag on this truck. Nothing like the big turbo cars of the 90’s at least.

True, but very little is still not the same as ZERO from a V8 Torque monster. Not to mention the sound these things makes is embarrassing. I have one so dont get offended, but my got I used to make fun of kids when I was in high school for driving fart cars. This sounds very similar.

Don't think the Gen3 will sound much different. I see nothing wrong with the Gen2 sound btw. Loud trucks are for Chevys that don't have the byproduct of horsepower

I never said loud, but the 3.5 sounds horrible. Are you saying the Gen 1 raptor with magnaflows isn't absolutely one the best sounds ever? If not, you must not be much of an enthusiast. I do agree the Gen 3 won't sound much different, I will however be keeping the factory exhaust as I want it muffled as possible.

I’m with you on the sound (though it doesn’t bother me as much) but the 5.0 V8 from Ford isn’t even in the same zip code for low end torque as the Raptor, so calling it a “V8 Torque monster” is flat out wrong. It’s a good motor, I have nothing against it (driven plenty of them) but low end torque is something that it does not have, plain and simple.

Don't want to be a Debbie Downer, but with the heat around the country, they are telling people to conserve electricity. Where are you supposed to plug in your electric truck? The grid can't handle it now. So let's make tens of thousands of Electric vehicles that need electricity. Does anyone else see a problem with this?
