Ford Etis question

Can anyone explain what this info on the Ford Etis web page means
When i put in my vin i get this

Resolved Publications

Deliverable type - Diagnostic (14)

ID 4136

When i called Ford Performance they told me the truck was sent off site on Nov, 23rd and no updates yet.

Most people get that code reguardless if the truck is built or not. Not sure it means anything to us. If you got a factory bedliner then that will most likely be the reason for it going offsite.
