All that means is just moving the bolts from the gen 1 shock to the gen 2 correct?

The whole top hat. So you would compress your gen 1 spring, remove the top hat and spring, then transfer both over to the gen 2 setup.

Yeah that is really where I am leaning. Just seems to speculative for the gen2s on a gen 1 as they were not designed for the first gens. I’d rather wait and get exactly what I’m looking for.

I had a guy with a friend (you know how that goes haha) that said he had a set of rebuilt ones he’d be willing to let go for $1500. But I haven’t heard anything back at all. I honestly haven’t seen many to know what they were worth, but I’d say my budget is $1500-$2500 depending on condition obviously
