Was going to meet up with a colleague when a very large buck decided he wanted to say hi.

Going around 67mph in a 65mph zone . Buckled up. Raining. Didn't see him until his 1st leap was close to the lane divider . Swerved right and applied the brake , but that damn aggressive deer wanted to be tough . What do y'all think insurance will say . No airbags deployed.

Had very similar damage last November and it was about $3800 estimate before tear down and any supplement. Although, my factory beadlock wheel was in that. Didn't see wheel damage on yours.

Wow. I was thinking much more to repair it. Maybe I overestimated costs of body shops. The officer said $3500 which I thought was crazy

It's going to be a lot more than that. The light alone will be $ 1800, will have to replace the finder since it's fiber glass and will have to be painted. The wing of the bumper will need to be replace because the bracket and wing is one piece. I just had it done to my truck and it will be closer to $ 5000 and about 10 days.

GT Man is right... I run a chain of auto body shops that are all F-150 certified... the good news is that A) the damage is totally repairable, and B) deer hits are comp claims and don't raise your rates.... make sure that the shop you are taking it to is Ford F150 certified, and has all the aluminum tools and protocols. Many shops don't have the training and tools to work on aluminum..... Also, if you insurance company as a list of direct repair shops, best to use one of those... lifetime warranty that way.
