Impossible. The bottoms of the clips go a different way all together. Trust me Ive taken my fenders off a few times and delt with tons of clips , mostly all wrong.

The 2 clips on the left are factory. Rear and front. Notice the 2nd clip, its edges hook north south, the one on the left hooks east west. The far right is the one everyone thinks is the correct one to buy online and its not. Also notice the shape on the far left clip. Its that shape because of the way it slides in to the fender. Like I said go to the dealer and get the correct clips.
I've taken all my fenders off and test fitted the ones from Amazon in front and back. Not only did they clip into the fender but they also snapped back into the truck.

Call me Mr Impossible.

You got them to work incorrectly

On the left is the rear holes, on the right is fronts. Notice the different shape and the fronts are wider. You may have gotten them to work but for the same amount of money I would use the correct parts that fit correctly. But I also wouldnt Linex my $90k truck fenders to look like a 2005 Silverado

The clip worked front and back when tested but I only broke two so that's all that had to be replaced.
No loose parts unlike your wife. That's what happens when you take a ride on my Silverado.

I think I screwed up, I broke this part that the clip goes into. I am borrowing OP’s picture because I have not taken mine entirely down. Does anyone know what this part is called?
Go to dealer, ask them for a front fender flare clip. They usually have them in stock. Too much misinformation online about these clips. I learned the hard way ordering 2 different and wrong sets of clips
