What is this part? See picture

While installing a new front bumper, I found this electrical connector with a cap on it hanging under my truck. Does anyone know what it’s for?? It leads under the center of the engine.

I really hope that it fixes my front camera issue.

wont fix your camera. looks to be a gen 1 truck? possibly a block heater. its not an oem harness or connector

I was going to say engine block heater also. I've has my 03' F350 for 15 years and only this past winter found the engine block heater.
