Watch out for this Raptor for sale in Oregon

Some of you know I am looking for a raptor. I came across this one on Truecar in Oregon. Interestingly it doesn't have a free carfax so I called the dealer and asked for it. He texted me the carfax and says, "I don't know why it says structural damage, Ford would never certify that".
