Turn signal locked left

So driving earlier today I turned my turn signal on signalling left. Everything was fine and dandy until it did not go back into its neutral state. It simply has locked itself to its most downward position thus ALWAYS signalling me left. My plan is to pull the fuse out as i can't figure out how to solve this issue myself until i get it into a dealership. Just seeing if anyone has ever had this issue and if you have ever fixed it yourself?
