I'm thinking of trading my 2010 5.4 for a 2012 6.2

What are all your thoughts on this??

Trade in on the 2010 is looking like $30-33ish with 51,000 miles which I think it pretty good considering I paid $40,000 and change.

Am I crazy??:chicken:

I'm thinking the same thing....I've got 16,000 miles on a fully loaded 2010 Blue Flame garage queen.

Trade in values are BS man. If you are looking at KBB, Edmunds or NDA it's all crap. None of these orgs write a check!

You have to go by auction (Manheim) or Carmax.

Those values are realistic because that is what the cars are going for.

His bumpers will fit on the 2012! :)
Ya they will!!!

My initial plan was to buy a low mileage used 6.2 but they are about the same price as I can get a new one for. I guess I can always place an order and see how things work out when it comes in...

Too much money to lose for some more HP/TQ and some nicer IP features. Doesn't make any sense to me but I'm in practical mode these days.

If I were you I'd go for it. It's only (your) money

why not spend some of the additional cash youd need on the 5.4 and up its performance, as per the variety of threads across the internet theres really not that much in it,,,, plus you cant brake stand a new raptor,,,,lol
