Ticking Sound

Thoughts from anyone?

I am getting a ticking sounds coming from the front of the truck. It started a couple thousand miles ago (at 10,000 right now). Doesn't appear to happen when the truck starts up after sitting overnight but is more noticeable after driving it/warming up. The sound goes away when the truck stops moving, even while the engine is still on. Thoughts? Here is a video of the sound -

TBH, to me sounds like a loose heat shield or some rogue rock somewhere

I hear it but what is the whining noise that doesn't seem normal?
