Might want to check with them to make sure it has the 3 LED lights included in it. I had mine replaced and it has 6 spots for the bulbs.... 3 For the red LEDS and 3 for the regular halogen bulbs. That Tasca part does not look like it has the LED lights and lists it for the Platinum. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't recall the Platinum having the 3 LEDS that illuminate full time when the headlights are on.

So I am to understand that you are unable to just replace the one red LED that is out.

Yep, I have a 13 Screw with 7500 miles and had this same problem about 6-8 months ago. Light filled up an inch or so with water. I left message for Crystal on here and within days I had an appointment at a dealership. The dealer gave me white glove treatment and not only replaced the light but used their leak specialist to ensure no future leaks. Not even moisture so far.

Just goes to show the process works and maybe it is one dealer over another. Find one who values customers service if yours does not. I also found on more than one occasion now, a little kindness along with Crystal's help goes a long way. Just my one person experience.

I've got a 2014 with about 30,000 miles. Had mine replaced a few weeks ago. Did it under warranty. Look, I know opinions are like ******** - we all got 'em, but I deal directly with the General Mgr. at my dealership when I buy anything at our Ford House. I then ask him to hook me up with the right guy in service. Make him take ownership of your issues if you have them. Service guys are like anyone else, if there's no check/balance they just won't push hard for you. The Raptors are special and I make sure whoever works on mine knows what they are doing and ask a lot of questions when having something done. Just my 2 cents worth.......

It was my pleasure to help, Bigdog44SVT! You know where to find me if I can be of any assistance in the future. :)

One thing after another with this truck !

The light assembly leaked on my 2012 causing one of the LEDs to fail and it's at the dealer as we speak, they replaced the defective light assembly under warranty . Now if they could just Fix the DEFECTIVE IWE 4x4 after a month in and out of there dealership I would be in heaven !

Totally agree... Luckily I too had worked with the GM at my dealer. I had a Yeti cooler that was locked in with a steel cable stolen while there for service. There's no way a crackhead with a screwdriver jacked it, I'd bet $100 one of the employees did it. Service advisor basically gave me a "sorry, but we can't do anything" walked over to the showroom and told the GM. Had a check before I left.
