Mine is sounding like that with out the AC on also now. I think my plugs are shot, the truck sounds like it's going to kill now. I think the plugs are shot and there is definitely something wrong with my MIL system

How many miles on your truck? I have 900 and it's doing it.

Even after the collision sensor was adjusted?

WTF man. This is bad. Dealer still says nothing?

No idea man the adjusted the collision sensor and said they can't find anything wrong due to aftermarket parts. I still need the grille shutter that should be coming in Friday to remove the inter-cooler. Once that done I dropping it off until they fix it.

I thought I had a bad plug or wrong gap so ordered a fresh set to see if it would fix the idle and shudder problem. It did it less for a few weeks and then back at it full blown

Bunch of idiots. Ugh. You need a better dealer. I think I might have the best dealer in the U.S.

Active Shutters are back on going to dealer in AM! Truck is still running like complete crap

The 1/16" weep hole in the intercooler will fix this problem. You have condensate buildup during the drive cycle and it is blowing out spark. The weep hole clears out the intercooler during operation.
