Has anyone noticed any sharp metal edges on the doors? My rear doors have these welded areas that can cut your fingers if you are not careful. Does this require paintwork if the dealership grinds it down?

Looks like an adhesive that oozed out then got painted. You can have dealer look at it just so you dont goof anything up. I would be tempted to cut it off with a razor.

I have a circular blob on my drivers door with the same texture in the picture. As James said, mine also looks like an adhesive that was smudged, dried and then got painted over. To be honest, after waiting close to 14 months, I'm not sure I'll bring it back to be repaired. I don't feel like waiting another 2 weeks and lose whatever remaining hair I have left going back and forth with the dealer.
